Transport

When you place an order in the Depilé online shop, you can choose to have the products you order delivered by Omniva courier or you can pick them up yourself at the Depilé sales office.

A. Ominva courier service: we will deliver the goods within 24 hours after receipt of payment. The parcel will be delivered the next working day or the day after at the latest, depending on the time of the order.

The day before delivery, you will receive an SMS informing you of the arrival of the parcel to the mobile phone number indicated in your order.

On the day of delivery, the courier will call you to coordinate the delivery time. Delivery of parcels will take place during working hours.

For purchases of less than €100, the cost of transport will be added according to the delivery method you choose. If the order exceeds 100€, the transport is FREE!

B. Pick-up in person: if you wish, it is possible to pick up the goods at Depilé's sales outlets in Tallinn and Tartu. You can find the contact details and opening hours of these offices on our website.

NB: The parcel will be issued to a person who is a registered user in the Depilé database or a legal representative of a legal entity.

Late arrival

If a shipment is delayed or a product is out of stock, the Depilé team will always let you know and provide you with details on how to receive your product.

Postage

Omniva's courier fee within Estonia is 4.00 euros. If you would like to receive your products from another country, please contact us by phone +372 6150 560 or by e-mail info@depile.ee to agree on the price and conditions.
