Ordering
To order products, find the products you need and add them to your shopping cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the drop-down menu on the left of the website. You can change the quantity of products in your shopping cart by entering the number of products you want to add in the quantity field and clicking on the "update cart" button. Individual products can be removed from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross in the same row. If you want to remove all products from the shopping cart, click on the "Clear shopping cart" button.
In order to place an order, please fill in the details required for delivery. If you wish to send the parcel to someone else - for example as a gift, please activate the delivery to another address and enter the recipient details.
To place an order, click on the "Place order" button.
Before finalising the order, select the delivery method that is suitable for the delivery of the parcel. Delivery is free of charge within Estonia for orders over 100 € and will be reflected in your shopping cart.
You can pay for your order instantly by bank transfer or by selecting "Pay by invoice", which allows you to choose a convenient time to pay for your order.
To pay by bank transfer, click on the bank transfer icon. A copy of the invoice will also be sent to your email address in case you wish to pay for your order later.
To place your order, click on the "place order" button.
The products will be posted to you after the invoice has been paid.

Return Policy
Goods purchased from the Depilé online shop are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt.
The right of return is designed to guarantee that the goods you have sent us are as ordered.
- Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
- In order to return the goods, you must send us a request by e-mail to info@depile.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The return of the goods will be at the customer's expense and in this case, the initial shipping charge will not be refunded (unless the returned goods do not correspond to the goods ordered).
- Once you have notified us of your wish to return the product(s), you are obliged to return the product(s) to the Depilé store within 30 days at the latest.
- You will be reimbursed for the returned products within 30 days.
- Consumers are advised to inform the seller of their preferred method of payment and, if applicable, their bank account number. If the seller fails to return the money on time, the consumer can lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority. If the order was paid for by credit card, the amount paid can be recovered through the company that issued the credit card.
The consumer's right of return is laid down in the legislation and is not specific to ordering from the Depilé online shop.
